Company Background

KBM Facility Solutions Services was founded in 1981 by Maureen Gray. It now provides all aspects of contract janitorial services with teams that currently service approximately 15 million square feet of surface area per day, in Office buildings, high tech and biotech facilities, medical facilities, industrial parks, educational institutions, retail stores, HOA’s, shopping centers, and hotels. From the beginning Ms. Gray and her talented staff has listened to customers’ needs and expanded the business to meet those needs. The result is a one-stop building services provider that offers many additional services including Operating Systems One which is the only proven environmentally sustainable cleaning process. In 2006 KBM expanded into Los Angeles County. KBM is one of San Diego's top 13 women-owned businesses and in 2007 was honored as one of San Diego’s Best Places to Work. KBM has achieved this success by focusing on the unique needs of each customer and by partnerships that continue to refer new business.

Corporate Culture
